LANDMRK

Landmrk is a location based experiences platform built on the mobile web. It has been described as the Pokemon Go for branded content. The platform is used by multiple industries from travel and tourism, to entertainment and retail to deliver digital scale to experiential marketing. Landmrk gives marketers the ability to place digital content into physical locations, anywhere in the world in real time and then to reward customers for going to those locations. The platform is entirely white labelled enabling clients to create their own unique experiences under their own brand name.

THE IDEA
Products & Services

Experiential campaigns are much more effective than digital, but physical just does not scale. Landmrk is a SaaS platform that gives digital scale to physical and experiential marketing campaigns. The platform is accessed through the mobile web. Therefore it does not have an app download as a barrier to entry for the customers. The platform is licensed by brands or agencies, and will be fully branded with their own assets each time it is used.

Problem Solved

Physical marketing experiences are more effective than digital. The issue with physical marketing is that is doesn’t scale. The Landmrk platform gives digital scale to physical experiences. This allows marketing companies to more effectively target their audiences with digital content placed into physical locations.

Revenue Model

The platform is licensed on a quarterly, 6 monthly or annual basis and customers can choose to turn on and off additional features. They do not offer free trials, however customers can choose to try a basic campaign from £5k for 3 months. This will give them the base experience to deploy to their end users. An average 3 month licence with a varied feature set would be priced at £15k. Annual licences start from £36k with the option to pay extra to turn on additional features based on campaign requirements. Additional revenue streams include revenue share of sales from the platform.

Exit Strategy

The intention is to build the business by January 2019 to monthly recurring revenues of £100k. At this stage we are in a strong position to raise a Series A round of £3-5m to accelerate growth, hit profitability and be ideally placed for a trade sale. Such an exit may be to one of the large agency groups or to enterprise vendors.

Minimum Target £ 400,000 Maximum Target £ 800,000 Minimum investment amount £ 20,000 Maximum investment amount £ 800,000
