Angels Den Funding Limited (hereinafter referred to as AD) will be the controller of your data (Angels Den means all entities from the Angels Den capital group, which includes Angels Den Funding Limited with its registered office in London and all entities related to it and dependent on it) and only our Trusted Partners.

3) Why do we want to process your data?

We process this data for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, including:
- compliance with any legal requirements and obligations,
- ensuring that content from our Website is presented in the most effective manner for you,
- marketing purposes,
- providing you with our services (including the completion and support of immediate activity required to provide you with information and deliver products and/or services that you request and to deliver any contracts entered into with you), or
- as otherwise explained in this privacy policy or by any communication by us.
Where you have explicitly consented to be contacted for such purposes, we use your personal data to provide information on our new and existing products and services.

4) To whom can we transfer data?

Inavya Ventures Ltd is a London-based technology company established in 2015, that has developed AVATR - a simple and trustworthy platform enabling patients, doctors and therapists to collaborate on personalised care plans at scale and control their data. Our team includes five PhD scientists, two designers, plus finance and IP experts. Medical studies are running with patients in leading hospitals in the UK, Singapore and Sao Paulo. The hospitals we are working with include Imperial College Hammersmith, Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, Barts Hospital and InCor Sao Paulo University Hospital.

AVATR connects medical grade devices - plus environmental, social and behavioural data - to connect the citizen to the City and deliver personalised services, so the patients have a doctor and their pocket but also a powerful tool giving them freedom to live their lives on their own terms.

Problem Solved

One in three deaths in the world is attributed to chronic diseases, such as heart disease, diabetes, and COPD. The healthcare costs increased by 25% over the past five years - and this does not even include the further pressure caused by COVID-19.
In healthcare systems there is often an abundance of data - most of which is causing noise and is not useful. There are tools for physicians, tools for patients, and thousands of wearable digital devices all collecting and sharing data, in addition to other types of data such as social media and environmental sensors. From an end-users’ perspective, the status quo is often frustrating.

Revenue Model

We are pre-revenue but AVATR Software and Services can be procured in one of three ways via SaaS yearly subscription model based on the number of users:
Per project / Per Department / Per Hospital
Our prices are inclusive of the level of service as described in our Service Level Agreement document.
The basic annual flat fee is inclusive of set up, on-boarding and annual maintenance. Additional Features can be provided at an additional cost.
