We process this data for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, including:
- compliance with any legal requirements and obligations,
- ensuring that content from our Website is presented in the most effective manner for you,
- marketing purposes,
- providing you with our services (including the completion and support of immediate activity required to provide you with information and deliver products and/or services that you request and to deliver any contracts entered into with you), or

Problem Solved

Insurers spend £1.3Bn a year on commercial property claims and £2.3 on domestic property claims, work on squeezed margins and struggle to differentiate with competition. Commercial Property owners can face up to £50K per day of uninsured losses such as lost trade from distruption. No property owner wishes to be burgled or flooded just to make a claim. Lack of customer loyalty generates costs of at least £100 per new customer acquisition. By providing customers with pre-emptive, bespoke information and actionable advice, insurers can minimise claims, uninsured losses and improve the customer experience.

Revenue Model

The company operates an annual license model for the platform, with pricing per property registered on the platform. Pricing per property is segmented. For residential property, segmentation is determined by the value of the property, whilst for commercial property, the rateable value determines the segmentation of price. Wherever possible, the company aims to achieve annual contract value paid up in advance with monthly invoices to account for changes.

Additional functionality development can be conducted on a case by case basis, with the company charging appropriate day rates, with a blended day rate being in the region of £750.
