Angels Den Funding Limited (hereinafter referred to as AD) will be the controller of your data (Angels Den means all entities from the Angels Den capital group, which includes Angels Den Funding Limited with its registered office in London and all entities related to it and dependent on it) and only our Trusted Partners.

3) Why do we want to process your data?

We process this data for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, including:
- compliance with any legal requirements and obligations,
- ensuring that content from our Website is presented in the most effective manner for you,
- marketing purposes,
- providing you with our services (including the completion and support of immediate activity required to provide you with information and deliver products and/or services that you request and to deliver any contracts entered into with you), or
- as otherwise explained in this privacy policy or by any communication by us.

Unlike other solutions, our paid software add-ons capture value in the mid- and upper- market whilst keeping us addressable to consumers. VIOLET sells both D2C and B2B2C, with two distribution agreements already in place, over £170K in revenue, and a B2B pipeline of over £1.4m over the next 12 months. We aim to operate at the intersection of hardware, software and services. We already have the hardware; are about to launch our first paid plugins; with strong subscription opportunities into the future.

Problem Solved

On-wall control points are a requirement in each room of a smart home (or space), regardless of voice or smart phone control. Cheap consumer options are technically challenging for the consumer and not aesthetically pleasing, whereas integrated systems in the luxury market are reserved for the wealthy using hardware-intensive projects that run outdated software.

These two ends of the market have few manufacturers or products in common, and there is a substantial gap in between. Neither really has ‘smart’ systems, just connected ones.

Revenue Model

VIOLET captures value through hardware sales both B2C and B2B2C where partner discounts range from 20-35% depending on the value they add. In addition, premium software plugins provide customers with more features and integrations. These vary in price depending on the market segment:

• Consumer Plugins – Free to £30
• Mid-market Plugins – £20 to £60
• Premium market Plugins – £30 to £90+

There are also strong opportunities for a subscription model into the future on top of our existing model.
