GoVida enables organisations to build effective wellbeing strategies through a tech platform that is both accessible & relevant to all employees. By targeting (& already achieving) user adoption of 70%+ across the organisation, our vision is to become the point of convergence for HR to interact with the business; the conduit for employee wellbeing, benefits, rewards & communications. The strategic objective is to enable organisations to deliver a differentiated employee experience that brings people together, builds a positive culture with wellbeing at the core & empowers people to improve personal productivity. Our aim is to grow the current user base from 18,000 to over 290,000 by 2024.

The GoVida employee app has been designed from first principles to enable organisations to take a proactive & holistic approach to wellbeing by recognising the importance of appealing to a diverse blend of people with different interests & needs. By blending different “pull” factors including gamification, teambuilding challenges, rewards, relevant content, & charity incentives, GoVida gives individual users an accessible & personalised wellbeing journey that enables every member of the team to feel valued & to perform at their best.
The GoVida Admin Portal has been developed for enterprises enabling them to integrate all their wellness initiatives under one unified platform.
Traditional employee wellbeing benefits have tended to be reactive with low engagement & without a unified mechanism to drive wellbeing initiatives. GoVida takes a different approach. By repositioning wellbeing as an integral component of professional development that improves both work/life balance & personal productivity & by making engagement with the platform both interesting & fun, GoVida creates a positive experience for all users. With very high levels of user-adoption, the platform also becomes a valuable source of insight on the health, wellbeing, & engagement of the workforce as well as providing a unified & fully integrated channel for communicating the people proposition.
Primary revenue is accrued on a subscription model based on eligible users providing a recurring income with businesses signing up to an annual or multi-year commitment. Non-recurring revenue is accrued through a one-off implementation fee and we do enable customers to sign up and run Team Wellbeing Challenges where the platform can be licensed for a shorter period of time (typically 1-2 months). Which also provides an entry point for a full annual commitment upsell.
Additional revenue opportunities exist in providing services such as wellbeing webinars, events, etc as well as commissions from content and reward providers based on consumption.
