zeVie is a leasing marketplace for electric vehicles. We have end-to-end fully digital capabilities (no need for the so-disliked car salesmen) and can help customers 360 degrees with everything to make the switch to electric driving easy and exciting. Thanks to this not only do we service our customers (B2B/SMEs and B2C) in a complete way, but also our ARPU is higher and our costs are lower than that of our competition. Car dealers, car leasing, charge boxes, installers, etc. are fragmented markets that we consolidate with this scalable leasing platform.

THE IDEA
Products & Services

zeVie has all EVs on our platform, both BEVs and PHEVs, and we are unique in that. We have several leasing companies and dealerships on the marketplace already and have more coming. We have a digital function for help with the selection of charge box(es) and access the best certified installers (this makes a big difference). We have deals with on-street chargers and infrastructure developers too, and these will be placed on our platform in the next version (currently available via our call agents). Solar panels, remote charging services, insurance, etc are WIP, including potential vertical integration opportunities

Problem Solved

Switching to EVs is complex. Which charge boxes do I need, which installers, how do I find charge points on the road, how much range is enough, 65kW battery versus 75kW battery what does that mean? etc... These are all questions you have to answer when your business or you switches to EVs. - you do not have to answer these when continuing with ICE vehicles. There is surprisingly little help available when switching to EVs.

Revenue Model

We make commissions on sales. In addition to commission on the cars, thanks to our strategy we make commissions on charge boxes, installing, energy switching and insurance as well. This takes our ARPU above industry average. Thanks to this approach we also see vertical integration opportunities. Example: we have good contacts in China in order to white label charge boxes, we're working with Aviva who is an investor in us to develop our own EV focused insurance products, potentially becoming an MGA, and more to come.
