ANGELS DEN ACADEMY - VENTURE CAPITAL AND ANGEL INVESTMENT BOOTCAMP PURCHASE TERMS

1. Introduction
These terms govern your purchase of a place on the Angels Den Academy Venture Capital and Angel Investment Bootcamp (the Programme). The Programme is run by Angels Den Funding Limited, registered in England and Wales.

By completing payment for a place you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.
2. What the Programme is
One day, in person, at The Shard, 32 London Bridge Street, London SE1 9SG, on Friday 6 November 2026. Registration opens at 08:30 and the day closes with drinks and networking from 17:20. The Programme is limited to 25 places.
Places are booked and paid for through Luma, our ticketing provider.
3. What the fee covers
Four 75-minute masterclasses: Angel Investing & VC Fundamentals, Valuation & Cap Tables, Due Diligence, and Term Sheets & Investor Rights.
The Investment Committee Challenge and the debrief that follows it.
Coffee, a networking lunch, and drinks and networking at the close of the day.
A certificate on completing the day.
4. What the fee does not cover
Travel, accommodation and any other personal expenses.
5. Tickets and releases
Places are released in three stages: 5 Early Bird tickets at £240, then 15 Standard tickets at £300, then 5 Final Release tickets at £360. Each release opens when the one before sells out.
All ticket tiers give the same full-day admission.
6. Booking and payment
Your place is secured when payment is completed and your booking is confirmed by email.
Each ticket admits one named participant.
Joining details for the day are sent by email before the Programme.
7. Fees, VAT and payment
The fee is the ticket price shown at checkout for the release on sale when you book. Prices are stated in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 20 per cent), so £240, £300 and £360 are £200, £250 and £300 plus VAT. Angels Den Funding Limited is registered for UK VAT.
Payments are taken through Luma and processed by its payment provider, Stripe. Your card details are entered directly with the payment provider and are never transmitted to or stored by Angels Den.

8. Your 14-day right to cancel
You can cancel within 14 days of your booking being confirmed, for any reason, and get a full refund. Email info@angelsden.com or send the form below. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days.
If you book within 14 days of the event, you are asking us to provide the day within that 14-day period, and you cannot cancel once the day has been provided in full.

Please include the date you booked, your name, your address, today’s date, and your signature if you send the form on paper.
9. Cancelling after 14 days
After the 14-day period, tickets are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your place under section 10.
To arrange a transfer, contact info@angelsden.com. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
10. Transferring your place
If you cannot attend on 6 November 2026, you may transfer your place to a later date of the Programme, if one is scheduled, subject to availability and to written notice given at least 7 days before the Programme date.
Where the fee for the later date is higher, the difference is payable. We do not refund a difference where the later fee is lower.
Places are personal to the named participant and may not be transferred, assigned or sold to another person without our prior written consent.
11. If we cancel or reschedule
If we cancel the Programme or change its date, you may choose either a full refund of the fee you have paid or a transfer to the new date or a later date, if one is scheduled.
We are not responsible for travel or accommodation costs you have incurred, so please make flexible arrangements where you can.
12. Faculty and running order
Faculty and the running order may change before the Programme. Where they do, we will keep the curriculum and the total contact time materially the same.
13. This is not financial advice
Angels Den does not provide investment advice through the Programme. Guest experts speak from personal experience, not as advisers, and every participant acts on their own due diligence and judgement.
Nothing in the Programme is an offer, inducement or recommendation to invest in any company.
14. Course materials
Any course materials provided are for your personal use on the Programme. You may not copy, redistribute, reproduce or use them commercially without our prior written consent.
15. Conduct
We may remove a participant from the Programme without refund for abusive, threatening, harassing or unlawful conduct toward other participants, faculty, Angels Den staff or third parties.
16. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
Subject to that, our total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with the Programme is limited to the total fees you have actually paid to Angels Den for it.
17. Data protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at angelsden.com/privacy. Bookings are handled by Luma and payments by Stripe, each of which processes your data under its own privacy notice.
18. Complaints
If you have a complaint about the Programme, contact us at info@angelsden.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 14 days and work with you to resolve it in good faith.
19. Events outside our control
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these terms where that failure or delay results from events outside our reasonable control. Where such an event prevents the Programme from running, section 11 applies.
20. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones in force when your booking is confirmed, and we will notify you by email of any material change affecting a place you have already bought.
21. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live.
