Jason is Senior Legal Counsel for M&A and Corporate Ventures at Nestlé, based at the company's global headquarters in Switzerland. He advises on acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures across food & beverage, skincare and life sciences worldwide, and counsels Nestlé's Executive Board on corporate governance and compliance. Jason holds an LL.M. in Banking Law from Boston University and began his career at Norton Rose Fulbright.
