Angels Den Funding Limited (hereinafter referred to as AD) will be the controller of your data (Angels Den means all entities from the Angels Den capital group, which includes Angels Den Funding Limited with its registered office in London and all entities related to it and dependent on it) and only our Trusted Partners.

3) Why do we want to process your data?

We process this data for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, including:
- compliance with any legal requirements and obligations,
- ensuring that content from our Website is presented in the most effective manner for you,
- marketing purposes,
- providing you with our services (including the completion and support of immediate activity required to provide you with information and deliver products and/or services that you request and to deliver any contracts entered into with you), or
- as otherwise explained in this privacy policy or by any communication by us.

Problem Solved

Mobility is growing exponentially with 59% growth in electric cars and 37% growth in autonomous cars. The Mobility market is expected to be worth £1.4 trillion in 2025 with the number of cars set to double in 2040 (World Economic Forum) but:

1. Prohibitive costs, time and resources to develop cars of tomorrow (as high as £5.4 billion in R&D – Forbes).
2. Huge barriers for SMEs and start-ups aiming to develop cars
3. Complex supply chain - very low margins - hence high costs for end-consumers
4. Environmental concerns – transportation is the largest source of CO2 - £31 billion in fines to be paid by automakers in 2021 in EU alone.

Revenue Model

Automakers use the highly scalable SK3L370N™ platform to generates auto parts automatically in a single-click with two options – Supply me and Download me.

1. Download me: Automakers license the generated digital parts on a Parts-as-a-Service (PaaS) basis from £1.99/part volume/month. The innovative business model is highly scalable and sustainable as it is based on the volume rather than an arbitrary upfront fee.

2. Supply me: The platform links automakers with Carbon Performance's global network of decentralised manufacturers, hence reducing manufacturing complexities, infrastructure, footprint, costs, logistics, time, warehousing, and CO2 emissions, while boosting the PaaS revenue.
