Angels Den Funding Limited (hereinafter referred to as AD) will be the controller of your data (Angels Den means all entities from the Angels Den capital group, which includes Angels Den Funding Limited with its registered office in London and all entities related to it and dependent on it) and only our Trusted Partners.

3) Why do we want to process your data?

We process this data for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, including:
- compliance with any legal requirements and obligations,
- ensuring that content from our Website is presented in the most effective manner for you,
- marketing purposes,
- providing you with our services (including the completion and support of immediate activity required to provide you with information and deliver products and/or services that you request and to deliver any contracts entered into with you), or
- as otherwise explained in this privacy policy or by any communication by us.

4) To whom can we transfer data?

Entrepreneurs looking for funding who have already been pre-screened by our experts and would like to pitch to a team of potential shareholders with a wealth of experience. Attendance by invitation only.

 

What Should I Expect?

The event will be held online; sign up and we will send you the access links closer to the event. Seven businesses pitch to a group of motivated investors followed by a virtual networking session with the entrepreneurs and other investors. The pitches last 7 minutes, followed by 7 minutes Q&A.

In this event we will be presenting some of our finest startups operating within the food and beverages industry. It will feature two companies, one B2B and one B2C which have both found market niches by supplying an unmet need, dealing with issues such as supply of rare food items, portioning of home delivery, tackling juvenile obesity and finding and retaining customers for healthy food brands. They are raising 500,000 and 400,000 GBP with pre-money valuations of 2.8m and 2.5m GBP respectively and are EIS eligible.

Michelle Robson is an Associate with AP Ventures focused on investment, portfolio management and management of the Fund’s portfolio construction. Michelle is a director on the board of Starfire Energy, and an observer on the board of Amogy, HPNow, Hydrogenious LOHC Technologies and HyET Hydrogen.

Michelle has extensive experience in early stage investment and business development, commercial strategy creation and implementation and new and innovative deep tech and digital technologies.

Outside of the office, Michelle enjoys running, yoga and exploring the world and the great outdoors with her young family.
