THE IDEA
Products & Services

Redflags™ understands and tracks user behaviour: at a point in time - are they in email, changing a password, plugging in a USB stick; and over the long term - do they engage with awareness material; and then delivers evolving and engaging nudges and awareness according to that understanding.
Redflags™ "low friction" tips, drip feed security advice and policy throughout the year, maintaining ongoing vigilance; Dynamic threat nudges, deliver interventions to encourage secure behaviours at points of risk.
“I’ve never seen anything like this”, “Really clever and subtle, I love it”, "This allows me to reach the staff/behaviours other awareness can't", "89% engagement with content is fantastic

Problem Solved

When 90% of cyber attacks start with the human user, businesses have an imperative to ensure users are their last line of defence. But current approaches to security awareness are simply not effective: infrequent, complex, quickly forgotten. ThinkCyber apply the theory and evidence of behavioural science to security awareness. Their innovative Redflags™ software watches and learns user behaviour, and “nudges” users to make secure decisions, delivering ongoing behavioural change. Their customers have tried existing solutions and seek the capabilities of Redflags to address their residual risk.

Revenue Model

RedFlags™ is sold on a user/month subscription basis, paid annually in advance. A modular delivery platform with add-on content creates upsell opportunities. Prices are tiered by organisation size. Typical deal sizes are: £25K to £50k+.
Initial sales have been direct, building on founder networks, getting close to customers. Sales are now a more transactional approach through targeted prospecting, speaking events and webinars. We have a partnership with Crossword Cyber and are working several opportunities with large insurers through his route.
