Display and video advertising all depend on the audience seeing something. Radio Advertising, a 33 Billion USD market, is different as users hear it – making it more impactful. All advertising is becoming digital – it is targeted, measurable, interactive – and increasingly mobile and local. Radio is behind the curve on that. Exaget's disruptive proposition brings all the best capabilities from digital advertising to radio advertising, optimized for mobile devices.

THE IDEA
Products & Services

1. An online self-service Audio advertising network, which

a. Advertisers can plan, activate and track their digital audio campaigns
b. Broadcasters and app developers can use to set up and monitor their revenues.
c. Connects up to digital ad networks with Real Time Bidding capability

2. A Software Development Kit (SDK) that broadcasters and/or other app developers can incorporate into their own application. This will enable their listeners/users to get targeted audio content.

3. A mobile application (UTuneMe) on various smartphone platforms. Free from app stores to access radios from around the world. Offered as subscription to broadcasters as a White Label Solution.

Problem Solved

90% of Adults listen to Radio and on an average over two hours a day. About half of that is commercial Radio, which is dependent on advertising for their business.

While Radio listening has been consistent, the advertising spend has decreased as advertisers go after the better accountability that digital and mobile advertising offers.

Exaget solves this through driving revenue increase by:

a) Increasing the value of the Ad spot by making audio advertising contextual and relevant
b) Increasing the market size by making audio advertising cost effective for new advertiser

Revenue Model

We are selling a service. The business model is primarily one of revenue share as is the case with any of the other Ad networks. We deliver the targeted ads and keep a share of the revenue.
Digital audio ads command a premium of over 6 times, as compared to regular radio ads. Thus, broadcasters make more money even after sharing the revenue with us - a win-win solution.
This is an established business model in the online and mobile display ad business, so familiar to the customers.
