Angels Den Funding Limited (hereinafter referred to as AD) will be the controller of your data (Angels Den means all entities from the Angels Den capital group, which includes Angels Den Funding Limited with its registered office in London and all entities related to it and dependent on it) and only our Trusted Partners.

We process this data for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, including:
- compliance with any legal requirements and obligations,
- ensuring that content from our Website is presented in the most effective manner for you,

Problem Solved

Real estate management has historically been manual, slow and lacking data-led decisions. This is due to inefficient management systems, lack of transparency and significant lead time to generate reports.

The PropFolio platform is a centralised visualisation and management tools which allow users to make data-informed decisions. The platform will take existing data which is stored across disparate sources (excel, word, paper) and aggregate this data into a uniform, auditable and flexible digital platform. The platform is also able to ingest data from existing and outdated data warehouse solutions which were built in the 90's and provide additional functionality and capability.

Revenue Model

PropFolio operates as a B2B SaaS offering to the commercial real estate market (typically landlords and asset managers). Users are charged based on the floor space that they upload to the platform. In addition, the solution provides additional modules that is upsells to users (e.g. sustainability or 3rd party integrations)
