Despite known health risks, more than a billon people around the world continue to smoke cigarettes... This is of huge environmental concern because: cigarette butts... are plastic. As the most littered item on planet - they're a significant contributor to micro-plastic pollution. Carried as run-off, they end up in our oceans - destroying ecosystems. “Woodland Craft Cigarettes” is our first product - it's known as the world's first biodegradable cigarette. We've sold over 490,000 packs of Woodlands so far - and currently stocked in over 1,300 stores across South Africa and Germany. Made in Italy, we're poised to launch Woodlands throughout the rest of the EU - and beyond.

What’s the one thing you see - literally - everywhere?
Cigarette butts… and yes they’re all made out of PLASTIC.
More than 70% of Smokers admit to littering their filter after smoking.
With over 4.5 Trillion butts littered around the world each year - it's a problem of enormous scale.
When it rains, cigarette butts get washed down street drains, into water systems, into rivers, and eventually into our oceans.
Breaking-up into micro-plastic, marine animals ingest these butts… eventually clogging up their digestive systems – ultimately, starving them to death...
We procure raw materials and produce with a contract manufacturer in Italy.
For South Africa:
We are ‘the importer’ and sell to wholesalers, retail DCs, direct to store, and B2C online.
Currently in over 300 stores in South Africa.
We a 48% GPM (€0.50 per pack).
For Germany:
We sell in bulk to an exclusive importer, Hermann Hauser, who has national reach.
Currently in over 1,000 stores in Germany.
We make a 52% GPM (€0.60 per pack).
With preferential payment terms - our cash cycle is relatively short, particularly for Germany.
