Angels Den Funding Limited (hereinafter referred to as AD) will be the controller of your data (Angels Den means all entities from the Angels Den capital group, which includes Angels Den Funding Limited with its registered office in London and all entities related to it and dependent on it) and only our Trusted Partners.

3) Why do we want to process your data?

We process this data for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, including:
- compliance with any legal requirements and obligations,
- ensuring that content from our Website is presented in the most effective manner for you,
- marketing purposes,
- providing you with our services (including the completion and support of immediate activity required to provide you with information and deliver products and/or services that you request and to deliver any contracts entered into with you), or

Products & Services

Automated highly innovative and complementary pipeline monitoring solutions:
- TrunkMinder – Provides high resolution always-on monitoring of large pipes in critical locations incl real time pressure and flow data. Precisely locates small leaks allowing repair before expensive/disruptive failures occur.
- TransientMinder –Provides high resolution detection and reporting of pressure transient (“water hammer”) events that cause bursts, increased leakage and discoloration. Allows transient cause to be identified and removed. Also provides detailed pressure logs. Mobile. Battery powered.
- BurstMinder – As for TransientMinder. Also provides immediate burst alerts and detailed flow logs.

Problem Solved

Amidst challenges ranging from drought, crumbling infrastructure and urbanisation to financing and regulation, utilities are being required to improve services. Syrinix’s products help transform utilities’ ability to meet that “less with more” challenge.

With a 4-dimensional sensor array, and unparalleled sensitivity, TrunkMinder provides early stage leak detection on large pipes so transforming the risk management of those pipes failing in critical locations causing significant damage, cost and disruption. TransientMinder/BurstMinder meanwhile allow utilities to cause fewer leaks in the first place, by removing network stresses, so saving water and energy and extending asset lifetimes.

Revenue Model

Dual complementary revenue streams – hardware and data analytics.
Hardware - initial sale of lower cost/margin TransientMinder/BurstMinder to establish presence with and confidence of user. Then sale in of higher margin TrunkMinder. Limited initial deployments with users with follow-up broader deployments.
Data analytics – charges for provision of the data analytics provided by each product after first year of use, plus additional charges for support and functionality add-ons. As numbers of units deployed increases, so does data-related higher margin revenue stream.
