PARTICITY LTD - Investment Opportunity

Every successful product, innovation and advertising campaign comes from understanding customers. Particity sits in this world, providing technology solutions and services that support effective, efficient, compliant and data secure research. The Founder is a sector specialist and serial entrepreneur. Previously shareholder of a media business sold to Havas. She has attracted a strong leadership team with senior experience across Finance, Technology and Product Management. Soft launched in June 2019, WPP’s Mediacom was one of Particity’s first paying customers. The business grown organically, to 27 customers, with an impressive 100% customer retention.

THE IDEA
Products & Services

Particity provides a platform to manage compliance, scheduling and payment of research participants.

These currently manual processes are automated by Particity. Organisations use the platform to bring efficiencies, security and compliance to their research operations and workflow.

As a sector-agnostic tool, this service is applicable to user research, market research, clinical trials and academia, worldwide.

Particity also enables the trend in customer organisations bringing research in-house, by reducing operational costs to a viable level.

Problem Solved

Informed consent, confidentiality, scheduling, managing, reminding and paying research participants is an archaic, fragmented and time-consuming process. Hugely inefficient, this not only costs organisations thousands of pounds in wasted hours but requires extensive handling of Personal Identifiable Information, bringing issues around data security, compliance and significant risk of fines.

The current experience for research participants is also poor. An issue that the industry is keen to address. As organisations increasingly in-house the research function, they require tools that bring efficiencies and security to their research operations and workflow.

Revenue Model

Particity’s model allows for progress and scale from SME to Enterprise:
Pay-As-You-Go Target Customer: marketing and research agencies, independent researchers and recruiters.

The customer is charged a % of incentive value for the Payment service PLUS a fixed fee per participant for Compliance and Management. This fee structure fits with their own model, meaning they can recharge Particity’s fees to their end client.

Subscription Target Customer: in-house market /user research teams in large corporates.
The customer is charged an annual subscription fee for the Compliance and Management service PLUS a fixed % of incentive value for the Payment service.
