EHEMPHOUSE LTD - Investment Opportunity

Over the rest of this century, it is climate change and the negative environmental impact of human activity that will preoccupy the political, economic, and social agenda. We need to remove CO2 gases from the atmosphere, build a new decarbonised industrial base for the global economy and work to repair the damage that has already been done. This is an existential threat, and we must all play our part in delivering the solution. eHH is part of that solution.

THE IDEA
Products & Services

Our Smartbox (SB™) is a mobile off-grid modular unit that processes industrial hemp into hemp seed oil / hemp seedcake / and a product for animal bedding.
The hemp seed oil can be used by the integrated generator to provide electricity to be utilised for things like irrigation (clean water), refrigeration (medical), and communications (local area mobile network and data communications).

There are x2 patents on the SB™ system filed in NY by Fish & Richardson.

By using the CO2 sequestration characteristics of industrial hemp crop to release capital from the Carbon Markets eHempHouse provides the SB™ 'free' to the local farmers and communities. Sparking widespread cultivation.

Problem Solved

Our planet needs the impact that the smartbox / hemp project has on the CO2 levels in the atmosphere.
Africa needs the de-carbonised industrial base built from hemp crops that will ensure the development of the continent is sustainable and not reliant on fossil fuel derived products.
The remote farmers and rural communities need our product to empower them to cultivate hemp and to develop additional revenue streams.
African agriculture needs the data and information that the Smartboxes will be collecting from each location across the continent.
The consumers need the products for personal health benefits and to feel engaged in a positive way with combating the climate

Revenue Model

We have multiple revenue streams.
Income from high value organic oils produced by our farm in Zambia - crops are being cultivated and will be harvested soon. These products will be sold locally and regionally in Africa but also internationally in Europe and N. America.
Income from the hemp products once hemp cultivation commences. Initial sales of these products are assumed to be local and regional. But future products will have an international market.
Income derived from the carbon markets for the carbon credits generated by the extensive cultivation of hemp that is enabled by our Smartbox Systems. These markets are forecast to grow extensively.
