The team has significant experience in investing, managing and operating property and it is clear that there is a gap in the market for a property management platform that eliminates manual processes and gives landlords and tenants a way to communicate and manage their rental property. 2. Lettings Portal – this module will allow landlords/ agencies to market vacant properties, and allow tenants to search for available properties

3. Digital Concierge – this is a marketplace for products and services such as cleaning, laundry, gym membership and utilities to make life easier

4. Internet of Things – the platform will link to IoT products such as keyless locks and smart thermostats that reduce costs for landlords (key management for example) and improve quality of life for tenant
