Problem Solved

For many people with a disability going on holiday is hard.

Its hard to find places suitable to your needs, its hard to know if these places will meet your needs when you arrive and its hard to find anybody to support you whilst away. Carers & family members find that going on holiday is harder than being at home as they don’t have the facilities or assistance required.

Mainstream travel companies don’t understand the needs of disabled travellers and their destinations are not adequately researched.

As a result, many disabled people have either stopped going on holiday or have never gone on holiday because they worry about the experience and lack the confidence or support.

Revenue Model

Limitless Travel organises group tours in partnership with suppliers that have been researched and vetted and found suitable for its customers. The average price per tour is £845 per person.

The cost of the component parts of the tour (transport, accommodation, activities, care support) are packaged together and a margin of 35-50% is added onto the cost to give the retail price for the trip.

The current gross profit margin per tour is £5,000. Through developing increased partnerships with suppliers to lower the cost of supply and increasing the average cost per person for each tour it is estimated that the company will increase the average margin per tour to £10,000 in 3 years.

Exit Strategy

Through building their reputation and demonstrating that they can high volumes of holiday to people with disabilities Limitless Travel will become an attractive proposition for any travel firm (for example Thomson or Thomas Cook) looking to establish their position in the accessible travel market by developing an existing brand.

Limitless Travel are committed to a liquidity event for its investors within 5 years for a target of £20 Million. Based on a current valuation of £1.25 million the company expects to give investors a 15 x return on their SEIS/EIS investment depending on the dilution caused by future investment raised.
